Job Description: As the owner at Lohman Earth Works, I oversee our current staff of 18 which includes field installers and estimators. At Lohman Earth Works we're a complete residential and commercial landscape company. From Pools, Patios, Irrigation, to community parks, we're a one stop shop.

"Enterprise leadership gave me and overview of what you need to run a company. It really taught me how to manage and lead and know enough about each branch of the business to know what's going on and when to hire someone smarter than myself to take over. Enterprise Leadership also taught me that you always have to problem solve, think outside of the box, and the biggest lesson is to learn and adapt."
What advice would you give to a student interested in pursuing a job or career field like yours?
"New quit learning and be ready for any opportunity that presents itself and take the risk now not later. You'll never had a perfect time to leave your job to start one or ever have "enough money saved" when it comes time to start a business."
