Job Description: Leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday’s financial management solutions, including core financials, procurement, and reporting. What advice would you give to a student interested in pursuing a job or career field like yours?
"Technical skills is at the forefront of our role. Certifications are required (courses offered by company) to show a baseline competency of the product however, these are more of a formality. Experience is king so focus on building a strong understanding of core business processes especially in finance, and HR. Client-facing abilities is another area to key in on as this role not only requires translating business needs into system solutions, you also are managing stakeholder relationships on a day to day basis."
