Job Description: I manage a portfolio of existing customers, while selling into netnew prospective customers. I work alongside our engineering team to scope out, manage, and follow up on active projects. I work alongside our marketing team to deliver relevant advertisements and events focused on our prospective and current customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage current projects and challenges within my existing customer base
  • Prospect into new accounts that have a potential need for the solutions my team and I provide
  • Attend meetings and conferences surrounding my industry to network and expand on industry knowledge
  • Work on my company's employee engagement committee to provide experiences to the team to help drive knowledge and to have fun

"My Enterprise Leadership Degree exposed me to a number of different businesses and thought processes, while also providing me a healthy understanding of essential business fundamentals.  Every company operates differently and I've often found myself relying on the fundamentals to understand someone's business and help solve problems that they're facing."
 

What advice would you give to a student interested in pursuing a job or career field like yours?

"Don't shy away from big and complex problems. Focus on continually learning from every situation and never be scared to ask questions. Most importantly, don't give up!"
