Biography
Job Description: I manage VELUX's first training academy in the United States, where we teach the business opportunities of utilizing our product portfolio into a roofer/remodeler's projects. Along with managing a team, I also am the lead trainer who teaches a majority of courses aimed towards business owners. When I'm not training, I'm usually planning out expansion/scaling plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate trainings for other companies and their contractors to lean about how to sell and position our products
- Build and maintain relationships with roofers/remodelers as well as dealers (lumberyards, big box stores, roofing supply stores, etc.)
- Manage a team consisting of coordinators and trainers who teach hands-on installation courses
- Create expansion plans to reach other markets
- Turn ideas into plans that are executable, testing them and pivoting quickly
