Job Description: Zwiefel Capital LLC is a self created entity which allows me to act as a 1099 contractor for various real estate development roles. This ranges from sourcing and structuring high-potential real estate development opportunities across residential and mixed-use markets, to acting as a deal originator and project syndicator. I connect capital to projects through strategic partnerships with developers, builders, and private, accredited investors.

What advice would you give to a student interested in pursuing a job or career field like yours?

Take full advantage of the range that Enterprise Leadership offers. Every case study, group project, and mock venture is a chance to sharpen your ability to think like an operator/owner/project manager. Don’t aim to master one lane too early. Instead, learn how to break down problems from different angles and apply solutions across industries. The business world, especially real estate, rewards those who can originate ideas, build connections, and move capital or resources toward a clear goal. Practice doing that now, even on a small scale."
