Job Description: I help lead and scale a union commercial mechanical contracting and home services company, supporting everything from large-scale manufacturing projects and multi-phase installs to residential HVAC, plumbing, and appliance services. My role focuses on driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and team performance across all divisions. I also lead strategy around systems, marketing, and expansion to build a scalable, high-performing organization.

Without that well-rounded approach, I wouldn’t have been as prepared to take on this level of responsibility at my age."

 

What advice would you give to a student interested in pursuing a job or career field like yours?

"Be prepared to work hard and stay focused on improving every single day. Effort and consistency separate you quickly. Take ownership of your results, stay accountable, and push yourself to keep learning. Don’t be afraid to be wrong, move fast, make decisions, and adjust as you go."
