"Enterprise Leadership degree helped contribute to my career by preparing me in problem solving skills. I had multiple group projects through this degree that made you/your team to think outside the box and creatively, which translates to the workplace."
What advice would you give to a student interested in pursuing a job or career field like yours?
"I would say there is a lot of opportunity in the precision tech/manufacturing industry for young people to grow. I didn't even know much about the industry going into it, but it's pretty interesting how this industry touches so many products that we all love to use. Nordson has a rotational program for new graduates which I am in, and it has been great learning various aspects of the business (sales, product management, marketing, operations). Also, having engineering knowledge is very useful in this field as most products are high tech and highly engineered."
