Job Description: I support Tier 1 and Tier II Help Desks for three Post Acute Care Quality Reporting Programs by overseeing and assisting seven help desks, ensuring accurate and timely responses to program inquiries. I utilize tools including Jira, Contract Central, AI applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and CMS platforms to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
