Job Description: I am a licensed realtor in two states and serve as a legal assistant, independently representing clients while assisting a law firm in overseeing the legal and compliance requirements of residential real estate transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all deadline and requirements are met
  • Prepare, review, and organize closing documents in collaboration with attorneys, lenders, and title companies
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and legal teams to provide updates and resolve issues throughout the transaction process
  • Assist with post-closing file management, recording, and compliance documentation
  • Support clients in both advisory (realtor) and adminitrative/legal aspects of residential real estate transactions
